Derrick brings more than 15 years experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing and general operations. He brings deep expertise in end-to-end operational support and real-time decision making for deadline-driven projects. At ThermalWorks, he collaborates directly with manufacturing and site coordination, interacting with project managers, service team, R&D, QA/QC and supply chain. Nicholas is a long-term manufacturing professional, who has 25+ years of experience in the quality field. His past experiences cover a large variety of manufacturing processes including compressors, vacuum pumps, consumer electronics and automotive. His expertise in manufacturing processes like plastic molding, tight tolerance machining and assembly allows him to focus on waste reduction and process improvement. His passion for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement drive him to develop quality systems that make an impact.

With over 18 years of experience in oil-free compressor systems and two decades of experience supporting engineering, operations, and sales across high-performance industries, Ken brings a strong aerospace background to ThermalWorks. He leads strategic engineering projects, manages key initiatives, and oversees hardware evaluation and supplier collaboration. Ken plays a pivotal role in defining technical requirements and ensuring projects meet performance, quality, and schedule expectations.

For the past ten years, Paul has been working with research and development engineers to help bring their visions to life. Focusing on mechanical systems, and their form-fit-function, he has successfully completed projects and deployed data center cooling applications throughout North America. He has over twenty years of total experience designing, fabricating, and installing heating, refrigerating, and air-conditioning systems in the commercial construction and data center industries.

Travis has 16 years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC service, repair, startup, and commissioning. He specializes in chillers, hydronics, and data center cooling, bringing nationwide expertise in service, operations, project management, and quality control.
